Watford vs Crystal Palace

The Eagles are set to travel to Vicarage Road to take on Watford in an FA Cup quarter-final clash this weekend.

Hosts Watford booked their place in the final-8 of the tournament courtesy of a 1-0 win at Championship outfit QPR on the 14th of February.

Palace, meanwhile, put Doncaster to the sword by 2 goals to nil in their own last-16 outing.

Palace injury report

And, ahead of their trip to Vicarage Road on Saturday afternoon, Eagles’ boss Roy Hodgson has this afternoon provided updates on the fitness of a quartet of the club’s stars.

Speaking in a press conference a short time ago, Hodgson confirmed:

‘Wayne Hennessey’s fit again, Bakary Sako’s not trained but isn’t far from being fit, and Mamadou (Sakho) is recovering from his operation. It will be a while before he’s in rehab. Pape (Souare)’s okay.’

RH: No, nothing really [injury-wise]. Wayne Hennessey’s fit again, Bakary Sako’s not trained but isn’t far from being fit, and Mamadou is recovering from his operation. It will be a while before he’s in rehab. Pape’s okay.
