L.A. County surpasses 15,000 coronavirus deaths

Los Angeles County eclipsed the sad milestone of 15,000 coronavirus deaths on Saturday, Jan. 23, as another 269 fatalities pushed the county’s death toll to 15,162 since the pandemic began.
