Unmatched fighter Baki has finally managed to get some sex with the latest episode of Baki: Death Row Convicts, the intimate scene unsurprisingly proving to be just as over-the-top as the show’s fight scenes, though more impatient watchers are likely happy that Baki may now actually get a chance to fight… Omake:

NAR’s Commitment to Excellence Program…is not a Commitment

NAR launched (locked) a Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). The goal? a program that empowers REALTORS® to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to conducting business at the highest standards. I’m a huge proponent for fewer agents. More transactions per agent. Better service. Higher degree of ethics. More trust and integrity. It’s clear if those things were to happen, the industry — and consumers buying/selling — would be better off. The reality of this program is if it’s optional — ...

How do you use your transceiver’s second receiver?

I met a couple of ham friends for lunch today, and afterwards, we headed over to one guy’s house to take a look at his new ICOM IC-7610 (below). ICOM IC-7610 Of course, I immediately started comparing it to my IC-7300. Perhaps the biggest difference is that it has two independent receivers, whereas the IC-7300 has only one. Mention of this prompted one of the guys to say, “Do you really need a second receiver? Is it really worth the extra expense?” Having used an IC-756PROIII for a while, I i...

Patrick Fabian in Official Trailer for Amusing Rideshare Film 'DriverX'

"How'd it go? Any weirdos?" Sundance Selects/IFC have debuted the first trailer for an indie drama titled DriverX, which premiered at a few small film festivals last year. The film is about a stay-at-home dad who decides to take a job driving for a hip rideshare company called DriverX, an obvious reference to Uber/Lyft. At first it seems like a fresh new start, but low pay and wild LA nights put an even greater strain on his marriage. Patrick Fabian (from "Better Call Saul") stars as Leonard, an...

News Post: Too Many Games Not Enough Something

Gabe: Seeing as we’ve done three comics in a row about RDR2, it should come as no surprise that I am hooked on this game. Kara is playing it as well and while she is banging out story missions I can’t stop hunting and fishing. All I want to do is track legendary beasts through this stunning world. There have been times in the game when I just stop and gawk at the visuals. It’s ridiculously big and beautiful. The only thing it needs is the ability for me to rob these trains and banks with my f...
