How Technology Has Changed the Property Management Industry

Arguably, every industry across the board has been affected by the ever-changing advancements in technology. While the real estate space can generally be slow to adopt change, the property management industry has truly embraced the expanding role of technology in recent years. New technology is changing the way property managers do their jobs and run their businesses.   Developments in technology, and specifically cloud-based computing, have paved the way for property managers who seek improv...

This will be a dreamlike movie, so drop the niggling techie criticisms and get your unconscious in gear. The modern corporation has created a team of super-brains to breed a new flower […]

Thanks to Davey Jones of EEVblog for posting this link to his Tw...

Puns are little "plays on words" that a certain breed of person loves to spring on you and then look at you in a certain self-satisfied way to indicate that he thinks that you must think that he is by far the cleverest person on Earth now that Benjamin Franklin is dead, when in fact what you are thinking is that if this person ever ends up in a lifeboat, the other passengers will hurl him overboard by the end of the first day even if they have plenty of food and water. -Dave Barry, "Why Humor is...
