Infinite Dendrogram Episode 6 Impression

On this episode, Ray and Yuri defeats their foes. Later, they encounter a newly created UBM and attempts to save the Tian children from it. It was cool to see Ray defeat the Lich and not even loot him because of his beliefs. Also, the UBM battle is awesome and intense just like the previous. Other than that, they revealed Ray's childhood past which is interesting. Now what's going to be the next plot? I'll be definitely looking foward to it. Overall, cool Litch fight and awesome UBM battle.

Somali to Mori no Kamisama Episode 6 Impression

On this episode, Uzoi saves Somali from danger. Later, Haitora reveals his past story and continues their travel. First off, I got to say this series is becoming a very emotional roller coaster ride at least for me. It's definitely getting much better than the previous Summer 2019 season's Uchi no Ko no Tame naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru kamo Shirenai which is similar in comparison. Anyway, it was interesting to see Uzoi still have a heart to not kill Somali and saver her instead...

Weird Fantasy v2 #14 - Al Williamson / Frank Frazetta, Wally Wood art

Weird Fantasy v2 #14, 1952 - Al Williamson and Frank Frazetta collaborate on "Mad Journey", a tale of an experimental fuel that propels a rocket ship to Venus. The pencils are finely drawn, but compete with an abundance of dialogue throughout the story. Frazetta's inks are partial and inconsistent, adding little enhancement except for the first and final pages. In Wally Wood's tale, an advanced [Author: Unknown]

Sony is Making a ‘Crossfire’ Movie Adaptation (But Don’t Get Too Excited, Because It’s Not About the Board Game)

Though the Crossfire board game was originally released in the early 1970s, ’90s kids will surely remember its ridiculous, over-the-top, and awesomely cheesy commercials with kids in leather jackets duking it out in the game while lightning flashed and an epic song played in the background. Now Sony has decided to make a Crossfire movie, but it’s not a futuristic sci-fi feature set in a world where life or death is decided by who wins the game. (Where’s that movie, Hollywood?) Instead, the stud...

Sam Wasson plunges deep into the tortured soul of the film “ Chinatown” in his new book, “ The Big Goodbye: Chinatown and the Last Years of Hollywood.”   Wasson, who was born in Los Angeles in 1981, says the film was “of urgent personal interest — why do I love this city and why does the world have such a complicated relationship with it.” He argues that the Los Angeles of the film, which stars Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway and John Huston, is director Roman Polanski’s ...
