Togglegreen checkmark/circle when "device connected" in panel view.

Having an "On device" indicator is important but it would be nice if you could disable it for panel view. Or is that already possible and I'm missing it :bookworm:

Getting hold of an Onyx Boox Poke 3 - retailer gone dark?

Hi all, Has anyone else tried to purchase an Onyx Boox Poke 3 recently? I placed an order on the Onyx site, and they clearly handed it off to Ectaco, as it was from them that I got an order "confirmation". I don't think there are any other suppliers in the US, otherwise I'd try them. I placed the order with them at the beginning of December 2020 and at that point their website said delivery was 5-8 days. I followed up 10 days later, and was told they'd be in stock the week after. Emulating Nickel + touch input

Hi, I've been working hard these last few days to try to get the Kobo firmware working in a QEMU-system-arm virtual machine (i.e. emulating a Kobo in a x86 PC) I've successfully (and surprisingly) been able to build a cross-compiled Linux kernel, boot the stock filesystem and firmware of a Glo HD (with a disk image formatted in 3 partitions (rootfs, recoveryfs and onboard), and I gasped when I saw the Nickel setup welcome screen with language selection on a QEMU window. ‘Buckaroo Banzai’ is Finally Getting That Long-Promised Sequel (But as a Novel, Not a Movie)

The 1984 cult classic Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension ended with a promise: “Buckaroo Banzai will return in Buckaroo Banzai Against the World Crime League.” But the first film was a box office flop, and despite its cult status, that sequel never materialized. Until now. (Sort of.) Sadly, Buckaroo and the Hong Kong Cavaliers are not heading back to the big screen any time soon. But their adventures will finally be continued in a new novel written by original screenwriter Earl Mac Rauch....
