I believe the problem could be that instapaper only puts 40 articles on each page at their site and the next ones are on subsequent pages.
So I tried editing the built-in recipe. I made 2 changes: (1) I added more pages to the feeds area and (2) I increased the maximum articles up to 1000.

Im exporting a large file from InDesign to epub and when converted (any way) to kindle-friendly files it appears on all kindle devices with footnotes with vast and annoying indents. I can find the css file and footnotes entry, but it all looks totally normal. Ive fiddled with parameters, but no dice. Always ends up the same. I did start to read the code and set up a development environment, but I got a little lost while trying to see what I could do to extract just the conversion pipeline. And when I set up a breakpoint in the ebook conversion CLI, it seemed to even have imported the PyQt libraries.

I had been using Ctrl-t followed by typing in 'st' to open stylesheet quickly but this is just as handy.

I use an older version of Calibre on my early 2011 macbook pro with OSX High Sierra. This was never before a problem.
