This wasn’t exactly the spring that USC football had in mind. The Trojans had just one spring practice, the beginning of implementing a new defense and a new physicality, before concerns about the spread of COVID-19 led to USC and the Pac-12 to suspend all team activities, including football practices, as part of social distancing.
