Free car washes rock as this New Zealand band cleans up in Southern California

David Dubinsky recently found an unusual flyer in the mailbox of his Hollywood Hills home. It came from the indie rock band Emperors Night, but it didn’t advertise any sort of upcoming concert. 17-year-old Lamborghini driver admits vehicular manslaughter in deadly West LA crash

INGLEWOOD — A 17-year-old boy who was behind the wheel of a Lamborghini SUV that slammed into a woman in West Los Angeles at more than 100 mph admitted to a Juvenile Court petition Friday charging him with vehicular manslaughter. Tailgate Fest won’t be coming to Norco’s SilverLakes

Tailgate Fest, a country music event devoted to letting fans listen to headliner artists from the comfort of their cars, won’t be coming to Norco’s SilverLakes Equestrian and Sports Park this summer as previously announced. An announcement posted on Tailgate Fest’s Facebook page says it is looking for a new venue “where tailgating is a priority” for logistical reasons.
