Joe Biden: ‘I Wouldn’t Vote for Me if I Believe Tara Reade’

Former Vice President Joe Biden offered an unexpected answer when asked Thursday what he would tell women who want to vote for him in 2020 but are feeling conflicted in light of a former staffer's sexual assault allegation against him: “If they believe Tara Reade, they probably shouldn’t vote for me. I wouldn’t vote for me if I believe Tara Reade.”Rather than trying to convince women to support him despite the allegation he assaulted Reade, then a Senate staffer in 1993, the ex-veep urged th...

Trump Admin Shoots The Messenger As Whistleblower Highlights Ongoing Issues

Dr. Rick Bright, who became a whistleblower after being demoted from his job directing a crucial government research office, was clear during his testimony before a House subcomittee on Thursday: The Trump administration’s lacking response to the COVID-19 pandemic isn’t a past-tense story. The failures continue. There is still no government-wide plan for filling shortages in personal protective equipment, Bright testified to the House health subcommittee. USPS reportedly reassessing last-mile delivery deals with companies like Amazon

In a time when package deliveries are more essential than ever, the future of the United States Postal Service is very much in limbo. The president of the United States has waged a one-man war on America’s most-liked government agency, calling it a “joke” and insisting it raise prices before it receives the manner of bailout the White House has afforded to the airline and hotel industries.
