Southern Californians eagerly await — or dread — Joe Biden’s inaugurationJanuary 18, 2021 at 10:16 PM Four years ago this week, Rick Reiss, while visiting his wife’s family in the Philippines, got up at 3 a.m. to watch President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
