World's Largest Money Manager Isn't Giving Up on Tech Stocks Yet

Qualcomm Says Apple Needs to Take China iPhone Ban Seriously

The court order, granted last week after Qualcomm argued that Apple is infringing on its patents, is in force and cannot be circumvented automatically by a software or operating system update as the iPhone maker has claimed, according to Rosenberg. Qualcomm is seeking an extension of the ban to cover the latest models of the phone, he said in an interview on Bloomberg Television to be aired later Tuesday.

China just built the world's biggest floating solar project

China has installed a massive field of solar panels on a particularly poignant site: a lake formed by the collapse of abandoned coal mines. The world's largest floating solar project can produce enough power to light up a nearby city in China's eastern Anhui province. The local government wants to expand the initiative to more than a dozen sites, which together would generate the same amount of electricity as a full-size nuclear reactor, the New York Times reported this week.
