Astronauts on aborted Soyuz launch blast off successfully for ISS

NASA astronaut Nick Hague and his Russian colleague Alexey Ovchinin, who survived a dramatically aborted Soyuz launch last year, blasted off successfully for the International Space Station on Thursday. The two men, joined by US astronaut Christina Koch, lifted off from Russia's Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at the expected time 1914 GMT. NASA is preparing for first all-female spacewalk

A trio of ladies will take three giant leaps forward for women in space later this month. NASA has announced the first-ever all-female spacewalk will take place on March 29, right at the end of Women’s History Month. Space crew unfazed ahead of first launch since rocket failure

Two astronauts who survived a midair rocket failure in October said on Thursday they had received counseling following their brush with death and felt ready to fly again next month. Russian cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin and U.S. astronaut Nick Hague appeared relaxed in Russia's Star City as they discussed preparations for their first space flight since then.
