Deputies arrested a parolee on Saturday, Nov. 17 who was suspected of stealing women’s clothing from a Thousand Oaks home that had been evacuated during the Woolsey fire. One person died after a car went over the edge of the road in the mountains above Glendora on Monday, starting a brush fire. Capt.
