Capitals' Alex Ovechkin just can't stop scoring right now

If you plan to go to a Washington Capitals game wearing a hat in the near future, here’s some advice: Don’t. Based on the way Alex Ovechkin is firing the puck right now, you probably won’t leave with it on your head. During a week when many have been debating whether the Washington captain is the greatest goal scorer in the sport’s history and if he’ll ever eclipse Wayne Gretzky’s NHL mark of 894 regular season tallies, Ovechkin has been magnificent.

Fantasy football players to watch in Week 15 in the NFL

This week’s NFL Fantasy picks to click: FANTASY PLAYER OF THE WEEK Robert Woods, WR, Rams. Only the Saints are giving up more fantasy points to receivers than the Eagles, and Woods has been about as consistent of a points producer as they come at the receiver position. That’s a potentially lucrative combination for a crucial fantasy matchup. Even when the Rams passing game has stumbled recently, Woods has produced. But there’s no such cause for concern this week, given the Eagles incompetence on...

12142018 – CrossFit

Ahhh.. another Friday afternoon workout.  It was actually a decent day at work so that was nice! Chris Tierney scores 2 in Senators' 4-2 win over Red Wings

Mark Stone scored midway through the third period and Chris Tierney's second goal went into an empty net, lifting the Ottawa Senators to a 4-2 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Friday night. Stone had a goal overturned by video review in the first period, but there was no disputing his go-ahead goal that he sent into the net after the puck was loose in the crease behind goaltender Jimmy Howard. Tierney and Thomas Chabot gave Ottawa a 2-0 lead in the first period.

2019 US Women’s World U18 Final Roster Reaction

Team USA announced their roster for the upcoming Women’s World U18 Championships, which this year will be held Japan. Here is the press release announcing the roster. As some background, like most women’s international events, this tournament should be the US vs. Canada, and then everyone else.
