Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 933 new cases and 88 new deaths as of March 18

Los Angeles public health officials reported 933 new cases of the coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to 1,212,586 as of Thursday, March 18. Officials said there were 88 new deaths linked to the coronavirus, for a total 22,664 deaths since tracking began. A total of 3,226,237 vaccinations have been administered in the county to date.
