U.S. Home Prices Continue to Appreciate

U.S. home prices increased 18.5% from the third quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021. Mortgage Applications Up in November, With Refis Making Up More Than Half of the Share

Mortgage applications increased 1.8% for the week ending Nov. 19, 2021, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey.
