Comment on essential french onion soup by Alicia

My grocery store carries this brand! I’ve used their vegetable base but not the mushroom base, but it looks like I’ll be rectifying that soon. Thanks for the recommendation!

Vamp or Not? Aterrados

Aterrados (or Terrified) was a 2018 film hailing from Argentina and directed by Demián Rugna. The film takes a haunted house (or houses) premise and does some interesting things with it. There is an argument to be had that it could have gone further, that as it shifted vision from haunting to something else it might have flipped itself into Clive barker territory (more) or even a Lovecraftian territory. It was mentioned to me by Leila as she had been told about it and it was suggested that the...

Comment on peanut butter swirled brownies by Alicia

I am making these now. I used natural peanut butter and I microwaved the peanut butter for 30 seconds before mixing the batter. (I usually store in the refrigerator). I didn’t have the problem of it being too crumbly or thick but I did only spread a very thin brownie layer and really even dotted the peanut butter and brownie batter over the top. It’s not as pretty as Deb’s but it wasn’t hard at all. We’ll see how it tastes!
