Wilson to exit Apollo Global

Rakesh Wilson is leaving Apollo Global Management, Bloomberg said. Wilson, a senior partner at Apollo, is on the natural resources team, the story said. Wilson is the second high-profile member to relinquish his role on the team, Bloomberg said.  Gregory Beard, the former head of natural resources, is transitioning to the role of senior adviser ahead of his 2020 departure, Apollo said in September.

Apollo Global plans IPO for Diamond Resorts: Wall Street Journal

Apollo Global Management is planning to take Diamond Resorts public in the coming months, the Wall Street Journal reported. Diamond Resorts has filed confidentially with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is expected to start trading in June or July, the story said.
