LA County reports 25 more coronavirus deaths, more than 1,000 new cases

Another 25 Los Angeles County residents have died due to coronavirus-related causes, officials announced Sunday, May 31, bringing the county’s death toll to 2,362. There were also 1,379 new cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, identified in the county.
