Meet Rob Zombie's Munsters In First Look At The New Cast

When it was first announced that Rob Zombie was remaking "The Munsters," many were fearful that the characters would get a gritty re-design the same way his characters in his "Halloween" remakes suddenly all had matted hair and bathrooms that looked like the inside of a punk dive bar. Skeptics fear no more, as Rob Zombie took to Instagram today to give the first look at Herman, Lily, and Grandpa Munster in front of 1313 Mockingbird Lane ... aka, on-set in Hungary. The that frequent Zombie coll...

Marilyn Eastman, ‘Night of the Living Dead’ financier and actress, dies at 87

The world of horror cinema lost an important figure yesterday. Marilyn Eastman, better known to horror fans as Night of the Living Dead‘s Helen Cooper, the poor woman caring for her zombie-bitten daughter all while her bigoted husband is screaming at the rest of the survivors, passed away on Sunday at the age of 87. Comment on corn fritters by Leah

In reply to Marilyn. I also used to have that problem, but I figured out a way to avoid it. Put your shucked cob in a deepish bowl, then just cut the kernels off halfway down the cob all the way around. Then turn it upside down and do the other end!

No shame in that. Art Historian Steven Zucker and the Khan Academy’s Sal Khan tackle the question head on in the above video, concluding that the work is not only a reflection of the time in which it was created, b...

Remembering the charms of a woman who loved and supported me like a daughter

Even today, I can hear the sound of gold laughing when I think of her. Miss Marjorie of Many Charms, I called her. She wore bingle-bangle-jingle charms ringed around her wrist, 14 karat peeks into the past. I was around eight when she married a family friend and he brought her to Virginia to meet us. The chunky bracelet she wore almost seemed like another body part as it moved with her every movement. While the grown-ups talked, she spent the afternoon telling me the stories of each charm and I ...
