Radiodays Europe and British Podcast Awards unite

A new 24-hour podcast conference is being planned online for June 7th 2021 by the British Podcast Awards organisers and Radiodays Europe. The two teams will work together on Podcast Day 24 with speakers from Australia, Europe and North America. Delegates will be able to watch the event in real-time and catch-up on sessions afterwards. RAJAR Q3 2019: London and national brands round-up

Zoe Ball has lost another 364,000 listeners to her BBC Radio 2 breakfast show in the latest radio listening figures from RAJAR. It means more than a million weekly listeners have switched off since she took over the breakfast show from Chris Evans in January. Next Radio industry conference cancelled for 2019

The annual Next Radio conference will not be taking place in 2019 as the organisers take a temporary break. The event has been running each year since 2011 but a note on the official website currently says: “We’re thinking about the best way to do Next Radio in our changing radio industry.
