Trademarks: Can You Use the Name of a Business in a Book Title

I've taken a lot of pictures from a local zoo(?) named "Reptile Gardens." I'd like to use those pictures (I'll get model releases as appropriate, first) in a book. I'm not new to authoring, I already have three books. However, I want to know if I can use their name in my book title? Like this: "My Photographic Journey through Reptile Gardens" Can I do this? Do I need to get permission first? Thanks.
