Charlotte's office market is off to a fairly strong start this year as several buildings wrap up construction across the city. Equus Capital Partners buys Rotunda Building for $60M

The Rotunda Building in SouthPark has a new owner following a transaction that closed Monday. The 239,790-square-foot office building at 4201 Congress St. was acquired by Equus Capital Partners for $60 million, according to a real estate source. Veteran restaurateur nabs space for SouthPark restaurant

This longtime Charlotte restaurateur will open a restaurant in SouthPark later this summer. Greg McIntosh’s new concept will be called SouthPark Grill.
