Single-Family Home Prices Continue Upward Momentum

U.S. Home Prices Continue to Appreciate

U.S. home prices increased 18.5% from the third quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021. According to the Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index (FHFA HPI®), house prices were up 4.2% compared to Q2 of 2021. Mortgage Applications Up in November, With Refis Making Up More Than Half of the Share
