Vacaville High-School Student Taken Into Custody For Instagram Threat

VACAVILLE (CBS13) — Early Friday morning, Vacaville Police Department took into custody a Vacaville student who was seen posting a video on Instagram naming classmates he would kill. School resource officers, after seeing the threat, responded and took the student into custody. Currently, there isn’t proof that the threat was legitimate, however, officers were still obligated to arrest the student.
