Tarte Holiday 2021 arrives today at Sephora and Ulta but I’m not seeing any new eyeshadow palettes or eyeshadow gift sets as of yet. Tarte Holiday Collections are typically very, very big with a lot of different sets that will be exclusive to select stores such as Ulta and Sephora getting their own as well as QVC and some that arrive exclusively on Tarte’s website as well. One of the very first things we decide each year is the color scheme for the gardens. We debate and plan and finally develop a concept that will work for the growing year.
